"We have been clients of Dennis Burks' State Farm Insurance agency in Prescott, AZ for several years. (We left another State Farm agency because we were not satisfied with the customer service). Today, on a Saturday afternoon, we were in the process of purchasing a car and there was a clerical glitch re the insurance coverage. We sent an urgent message to the agency and within 5 minutes, Dennis himself responded and sent the necessary information so we were able to finalize the purchase. We, as well as the dealership, were very impressed with the quick response and high level of customer service, especially considering it was a Saturday!"

"My family has had a policy with Dennis Burks State Farm for as long as I can remember. When I had to shop for my own policy, Dennis Burks state farm had the absolute best rates. I hear from others that they have to shop for insurance every year because their insurance will try to raise their rates without them realizing. I've never had that problem with state farm, they continue to give me the best rates.
They also have the best customer service. Always when i call it feels like Stephanie knows exactly who i am and she has answers for me right away."
